Head of Technical Support
Alexey Somov
Leads Virtek’s technical support function and is accountable for consistent service quality — from logging and prioritising a request to restoring service and confirming the outcome with the client.
Head of Automation and Control Systems
Sergey Mekhasyuk
Leads Virtek’s automation and control systems practice and is responsible for reliable operations, infrastructure development and modernisation projects. Combines a deep understanding of industrial processes with hands-on experience managing engineering teams and complex IT environments.
Head of Software Development and Cyber-Physical Systems
Alexander Danilov
Leads Virtek’s software development and cyber-physical systems practices. He is accountable for digital product delivery, engineering quality and client commitments — from the architectural concept through to reliable operation.
Head of Information Security
Anton Stogov
Leads Virtek’s information security practice. He is responsible for security architecture, risk and incident management, and the connected physical-security systems covering access control and video surveillance.
Head of Client Relations
Artur Bagaev
Leads client relations at Virtek and ensures that each business need is understood correctly, translated into an agreed solution scope and supported throughout the journey — from the initial conversation to the evolution of the deployed system.
Team Lead, Infrastructure and Systems Integration
Maksim Larionov
Coordinates Virtek’s infrastructure and systems integration engineering team. He is responsible for technical solution design, architectural quality and coordinated delivery — from assessment and specification through commissioning and handover to support.
Project Management Office Expert
Vitaliy Lukashin
Contributes to Virtek projects as an expert in project governance and IT operations. He helps establish effective PMO processes, align business and engineering priorities, manage schedules, risks and contractors, and guide solutions into stable operation.
Team Lead, Artificial Intelligence and Data
Alexander Gaidukhin
Coordinates Virtek’s artificial intelligence and data team. He is responsible for technical solution design — from data preparation and model selection to piloting, integration and quality assessment in real business processes.
