Price depends on users, workplaces, servers, sites, systems, service hours, response targets, SLA, on-site work and the required controls. It is agreed before service starts.
Cloud, data centre and managed services
Charges reflect compute, memory, storage, traffic, backup, licences, users, availability and the administration scope. Scalable resources use an agreed recurring tariff.
Software and equipment
Price is based on the agreed specification, configuration, quantity, licences, subscription term, warranty, logistics, installation, commissioning and current vendor pricing.

SOFTWARE
Rights and delivery terms
The legal model is agreed for every product and project before work begins.
Virtek develops custom software, corporate portals, websites, mobile applications, complex information systems, blockchain solutions and smart contracts. Ownership, transfer and permitted use of deliverables are explicitly defined in the contract.
Where Virtek retains exclusive rights, the customer receives a non-exclusive licence or remote access. Where the contract transfers exclusive rights, the transfer takes effect in the agreed scope after acceptance and payment. Term, territory, users, updates and support are set out in the licence, specification or contract.
Third-party software rights are provided within Virtek’s authority and the applicable licensing terms of the vendor or distributor. Information about registration of Virtek software in the relevant Russian registers is published after an official entry is obtained.

Delivery tools
Technologies are selected for the target architecture, customer requirements, technology replacement, cybersecurity and the chosen on-premises or cloud model.
Development
TypeScript and JavaScript, Python, C#, Java and SQL; React and Next.js, Node.js, .NET and Spring.

PostgreSQL and other SQL or NoSQL databases, REST APIs, message queues, ETL and enterprise integration mechanisms.
