Infrastructure is split across owned facilities and several clouds without one architecture or operating policy.
Private, public and hybrid environments
Hybrid & Cloud Platforms
We place each workload according to its requirements, establish a secure landing zone, migrate services, manage performance and cost, and design portability between providers from the outset.

What your
business gets
One architecture across multiple environments
Controlled application and data migration
Transparent performance and cloud spend
Less dependence on a single provider
When it fits
Situations where the service creates value
We start with the operating situation, constraints and the result that must change for the business — not with a technology list.
Applications must move to cloud without uncontrolled downtime, data loss or irreversible provider lock-in.
Cloud spend is growing but cannot be attributed to services, owners and actual demand.
Included in the solution
We assemble the required
configuration.
Cloud strategy and landing zones
We map workloads and target placement, then design landing zones, accounts, networks, policies, tagging and baseline observability.
Application and infrastructure migration
We prepare dependencies and data, rehearse the move, validate performance and cut services over in stages with a controlled rollback path.
Security, networking and access control
We connect identity, segmentation, encryption, logging, secret management and data-location obligations into one protection model.
FinOps, operations and portability
We allocate spend to services and owners, set budgets and optimization rules, and document data portability and provider-exit procedures.
Delivery in detail
What we agree before work begins
We define workload placement, the target landing zone, connectivity, identity, data protection, observability, resilience, FinOps and portability requirements. Private, public and owned infrastructure are governed as one platform.
Inputs include the application and owner catalog, dependency and data maps, workload profiles, provider agreements and bills, security and jurisdiction requirements, network diagrams, target SLAs and migration-window constraints.
We validate migration on pilot workloads, permissions and routes, performance, resilience, recovery, cost controls and the agreed process for extracting data or relocating a service.
After transition we manage configuration and access, availability, performance, security and spend, plan capacity and regularly reassess workload placement.
Process
Three steps
to launch.
Assess
We classify workloads, dependencies, data, security requirements and platform constraints.
Migrate
We build the target architecture, run a pilot and move services in stages with a rollback plan.
Operate
We manage availability, performance, security, cost and ongoing platform evolution.
