A governed IT/OT environment

Industrial Automation & IIoT

We design around the actual production process: collect signals, connect SCADA, MES, ERP and edge nodes, and establish traceability, secure access and controlled change.

SOLUTION

Value

What your
business gets

Value

Transparent equipment and process status

Control

Less manual transfer of production data

Flexibility

Less downtime and faster response

Outcome

Secure interaction between IT and OT

When it fits

Situations where the service creates value

We start with the operating situation, constraints and the result that must change for the business — not with a technology list.

Equipment and production data is fragmented or transferred manually.

SCADA, MES, ERP, laboratory and maintenance systems must be connected without disrupting the process.

The plant needs earlier visibility into deviations, downtime and developing equipment failures.

Included in the solution

We assemble the required
configuration.

Control systems, SCADA and production integration

We integrate controllers, SCADA and production systems around operating modes, resilience and securely defined IT/OT boundaries.

IIoT, telemetry and edge nodes

We deploy gateways and edge nodes, normalize telemetry and buffer data during temporary communication loss.

MES, traceability and dispatching

We connect production planning and execution, trace batches and operations, and automate dispatch workflows.

Industrial analytics and predictive scenarios

We build equipment and process indicators, detect deviations and validate predictive models against real failure and downtime history.

Delivery in detail

What we agree before work begins

Project boundary

We define process boundaries, signals, equipment, protocols, IT/OT segmentation and the permitted effect on operations. Delivery starts with a limited pilot and measurable criteria.

Required inputs

Inputs include process diagrams, controller and system inventories, network maps, signal and mode descriptions, event history, and industrial and information-security requirements.

Acceptance

We test data accuracy and latency, normal and emergency scenarios, loss of communication, node recovery, logging and the absence of unacceptable production impact.

After launch

After launch we support integrations and edge nodes, monitor data quality and configuration versions, and govern events and changes in the operational environment.

Process

Three steps
to launch.

Map

We examine the process, equipment, signals, networks and security constraints.

Pilot

We validate integrations, data quality and operating scenarios on a limited scope.

Scale

We commission, document and extend the solution to other lines and sites.
